- Our company is entitled, under
certain circumstances and constraints, to change the tour date, pick-up
time, drop-off time and tour route according to at its discretion while
taking into consideration the tourists’ best interests.

right to visit alternative locations instead of those scheduled due to
force majeure, bad weather or imposed security limitations.
- Tourists are obliged to follow
the instructions of the tour guide or any other representative of the

- In the event that the tourist is
late, the tour leader may at his discretion continue the tour. All

Booking and Paying for Your Arrangements:
Booking:
When you make a booking with us, a deposit (or full payment if booking within 60 days of departure) is required, and upon issuance of a booking confirmation, a binding contract is formed between us. Please note that we hold the right to refund your deposit and refuse to issue a booking
Upon receiving the booking confirmation or any other document, please review the details carefully. If you notice any inaccuracies, it is important to inform us immediately. Changes cannot be made later, and failure to notify us within ten days may impact your rights.
The full balance of your arrangements, along with any applicable surcharge, must be settled at least 60 days before the scheduled departure date, unless stated otherwise. Failure to make the payment on time may result in the cancellation of your booking, and cancellation charges as per the policy will apply.
Payment Schedule:

Payment Method:
- Bank transfer: Payment will be made through a bank transfer, with a bank transfer fee of USD 30.00 being applied to the total cost of the tour.
- PayPal: Payment can be made through PayPal using a credit card, debit card, or another PayPal account. Please note that a 4% surcharge will be added to the total tour fee when paying through PayPal.
Rates:
The prices provided are up-to-date and applicable. Jerusalem from Amman reserves the right to modify prices at its own discretion.
Travel and Medical Insurance:
Our tours do not include Medical and Travel Insurance. We strongly advise all our customers to obtain travel and medical insurance before embarking on their journey. Jerusalem from Amman cannot be held liable for any injuries, losses, damages, accidents, or delays that may arise.Refunds:
The customer can only request a refund if it aligns with our cancellation policy or if there are specific circumstances approved by the company management. It is important to understand that if you cancel your trip and meet the criteria for a refund, we will initiate the refund process within one week of agreeing to the refund. Typically, the refund will be issued using the same payment method unless both parties agree to a different method of transfer.Cancellation Policy:

Daily Tours and Private
Tours:
- If you cancel at least 7 calendar
days in advance, there is no cancellation fee.
- If you cancel between 2 and 6
calendar days in advance, you will be charged a 50% cancellation fee.
- If you cancel within 2 calendar
days in advance, you will be charged a 100% cancellation fee.
- No Show- No Refund
Transfers:
- If you cancel at least 72 hours
in advance, there is no cancelation fee.
- If you cancel 24 hours in
advance, there is 50% cancelation fee.
- Cancelation on the day of the
transfer- No refund.
- No Show- No Refund
Refusal of entry at the
border:
Jerusalem from Amman operates as a tour company and we are not responsible for the border authority's procedures. Please be aware that we cannot ensure your entry at the border if it is denied by the authority for any reason.
Kindly note that if your entry is denied by the border authority for any reason, cancellation terms will apply.
